Returns will only be accepted by calling our customer service department at 1-800-617-3614 to request a return authorization number. Any Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted .

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. SPECIAL ORDER PAINT AND STAINS OR ITEMS TINTED FROM A BASE CANNOT BE RETURNED. All sales on books, videos and clothing are final and can not be returned.

A copy of your receipt must be provided with the return to ensure proper credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
