You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by ePaintStore.com within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted by emailing our customer service department at orders@epaintstore.com to request a return authorization number. Any Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective. Unfortunately due to recent VOC laws we are unable to accept returns on paints and stains.   All sales on paints, stains, books, videos and clothing are final and can not be returned.

A copy of your receipt must be provided with the return to ensure proper credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
