Superdeck® DFS Clear UVB is a high-quality, clear wood stain and sealer that contains UV blockers to protect the wood from the sun's harmful rays which cause he wood to gray prematurely and breakdown. Protects & beautifies: DFS Stain & Sealer Clear UVB is available in a tintable, natural tone. DFS's natural tone finish will highlight the wood's grain pattern and texture, while giving a translucent and lustrous sheen. Colors, Clear, Honey Gold Tint, Cedar Tint, Redwood Tint. Long-lasting color & UV protection: DFS Stain & Sealer uses an advanced waterborne alkyd dispersion technology which faciltates the deepest penetration into wood surfaces. It contains high quality UV blockers to inhibit damage caused by the sun. Fights water damage: DFS tests exceed the industry-standard test ASTM D-4446 for waterproofing wood, and offers long-term water beading. In addition, DFS contains a highly-effective mildewcide to inhibit the growth of mildew on the stained/sealed surface.
One-coat coverage: One coat of DFS Stain & Sealer is recommended for very smooth dense wood surfaces. Two coats are recommended for rough sawn or very proous wood surfaces.
